During our lifespan we have continuously invested in the latest electronic repair equipment and diagnostic software. We have Apple and Samsung trained technicians and administrators, along with Samsung Knox Security accredited technical support.

We hold BSI certification to the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 across the whole of our organisation.

Cracked touch screens, displays and rear cases as well as charging faults and speaker and microphone problems can all be repaired at Fleet Mobile.

Our repair fees are also often cheaper than the excess that is charged by mobile phone insurance companies.

Before you bring in your device

Follow these steps before you bring your device to us. If your device won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:

1. Call us

Please call us on 020 8294 2000 (option 3) to make an appointment that is convenient to you, this also helps us to allocate or order any parts for your repair.

2. Backup your data

Backup all data on your device and remove your sim card and any additional memory cards. You only need to bring in your charger if it is related to the fault.

3. Have your ID/passwords ready

Please note that for some repairs we will need your passcode and Apple ID to fully test your phone after the repair.

4. We repair your device

Your device will be booked in and allocated a unique repair reference number. Your device will then be assessed by a qualified technician and any costs will be communicated to you before we commence the repair. After repair and a final quality test and inspection, your fully working device will be returned to you.

Before you send your device

Follow these steps before you send your device in for repair or replacement. If it won’t turn on or respond, finish as many steps as possible:

1. Backup your data

Backup all data on your device and remove your sim card and any additional memory cards. You only need to send us your charger if it is related to the fault.

2. Prepare to send your device

Ensure that your device is well packaged and most importantly, that full details of the fault and your contact details are included. You can download our repair form and address label here.

3. Send your device

Please send you device with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for you, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

4. We repair and return your device

Once received your device will be booked in and allocated a unique repair reference number. Your device will then be assessed by a qualified technician and any costs will be communicated to you before we commence the repair. After repair and a final quality test and inspection, your fully working device will be returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

As part of the Apple independent repair programme, we only use genuine Apple parts, software and diagnostics so that your repaired device retains the remainder of it’s Apple warranty.

Our aim is to make your customer experience as easy as possible. Our New Eltham south east London location has free parking and is only a few minutes walk from New Eltham station, so you can easily drop in your damaged or faulty Apple device. Our booking in process is very quick, so in under five minutes you will be on your way again. Once your device is repaired you can collect it whenever is convenient to you.
