In order to send us your faulty phone, smartphone, or tablet for repair, just follow the following 4 simple steps:
STEP 1Back up all data on your handset and remove your SIM card and memory card. Only send your charger if the fault is charging related.
STEP 2Download the following repair form and fill in your details, print the form and enclose a copy with your device.
STEP 3Package your device securely and send it to Fleet Mobile Communications Service Department, or print the address label included at the bottom of the repair form. Fleet Mobile cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit. We recommend that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or similar for sending your Device for repair.
STEP 4Once received, your phone will be assessed and checked by a qualified service engineer. We will contact you prior to commencing repair to advise you of any costs that may apply. After repair and final quality inspection your fully repaired device will be returned to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
