Accredited to ISO 9001:2008 by BSI

Fleet Mobile Communications is committed to continually improving its service to our customers and in order to attain this, we have a flexible, focused and capable Quality Management System that has been continuously accredited by BSI to ISO9001:2008 (formerly BS5750) since 1993. We were the first UK mobile phone company to achieve BS5750 for all three divisions of our business simultaneously.

O2 Business Partner

As an O2 business partner, we place a great deal of value on our long term direct relationship with the network, which enables us to provide all the networks products and services, as well as build bespoke tariffs to fit our customers' requirements, but with the full support and technical backup of the network.

Vodafone Silver Partner

We are accredited by Vodafone to their Silver Partner Scheme, which means (as with O2) we have a direct relationship with the network and therefore able to supply bespoke tariffs and solve issues directly at network level allowing us to provide the best customer experience.

Microsoft Partner Network Member

We are an accredited Microsoft Partner Network Member for Windows mobile, which allows us to fully support our customers. Our in house technical team can offer assistance on Windows mobile 5.0, 6.1, 6.5 and Windows Phone 7, from advice on the correct Windows mobile device for a particular application, to technical support with Exchange Server remote active sync and security policy setup, etc. This technical support service is further enhanced by our direct technical support links to Microsoft.

HTC reseller Partner

Our direct partnership with HTC means we are able to supply not only network locked devices, but generic unlocked devices with no network customisation. Our in house technical team, offers full support on all HTC devices whether on Microsoft Windows mobile 6.5, Microsoft Windows Phone 7 or Android. This partnership with HTC, gives us access to their technical, business development and training teams, allowing us to offer a myriad of support services to our customers.

RIM (Blackberry) Partner reseller

We are able to supply and support a wide range of Blackberry products and services, with the full support of RIM. This can range from devices for Blackberry Enterprise Server (full BES), Blackberry BES Express (up to 75 users) or Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) to the provision of BES server software and device licences (CALs).

Manufacturer Approved Handset Repair Centre

Our repair technicians are fully manufacturer trained by Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung. Our service department offers an in house warranty service for Sony Ericsson and Samsung and an advance replacement service for all generic Blackberry devices supplied by us. We also offer a full non warranty repair service in house for Blackberry, HTC, Nokia and Apple IPhone, amongst others. Our team of technical administrators are responsible for returning all other units to the manufacturer's factory repair centre for warranty repairs on behalf of our customers.

Federation of Communications Services Member

We are also patrons and founder members of the only industry quality scheme for the hands free vehicle installation sector the FCS FITAS program.
